Help MaCHO's staff and volunteers continue their critical work
The MaCHO health clinic was initially run by an all volunteer staff from Sierra Leone. Your generous donations now allow us to compensate some of our healthcare providers. The medical staff and volunteers run the clinic and other outreach programs with support from Kadija in her role as Medical Director. Community members have become deeply involved in community health projects, like running community pharmacies in small remote villages, and monitoring the health of pregnant or chronically ill neighbors in collaboration with medical staff. Local volunteers have also completed all projects related to the temporary buildings, and are in the process of building our new permanent clinic!
